Jump rope - untethered, uncommon, chck for frays and wear.
Meteors - untethered, very rare, check like poi.
Palm torches - common with belly-dancers, tethered, often small flame. Check like torch.
Wings - semi-common, tethered, often dangerously over-wicked. Use best judgement.
