Performers
Should be trained as spotters, first
Should be sober, have clear idea of show to be performed, and a good working knowledge of all fuels tools and costumes
Should have multi-layer communication method with spotters to get information on stray fires.
Should display strong competence with all intended performance tools
Should know how to spot check venue for fire safety.
Should have clear plan for extinguishing all flames, intentional or accidental.
