Spotters
Should be trained as guards, first.
Principally involved with wick extinguishing, either as an intentional end to an act or in case of accident.
Should be intimately familiar with routines and have several communication methods available to inform performers of stray fires.
Can also function as a fuel station manager, insuring that only one person accesses fuel area.
Each spotter should have a damp towel or fire blanket with an ABC extinguisher.
