Section 105.6.32 OPEN FLAMES and CANDLES

105.6.32.1 Optional Permit: An operational permit may be required to remove paint with a torch, or to use a torch or open flame device in a hazardous fire area

105.6.32.2 Optional Permit: An operational permit may be required to use open flames or candles in connection with assembly areas, dining areas of restaurants or drinking establishments.

PERMIT FEE: New Hanover County Fire Services ~ $35.00 per occurrence.
