AVP
The AVP campaign is an attempt to build spotter awareness. As fire routines get more complex and bigger fire tools are made, increased attention to spotter training should be paid. Most troupes can no longer afford to just stick a towel in someone's hands and call them a safety. Spotters need training, first in how to put out fires, then what order to put them out. That's where AVP comes in. Audience, Venue, then Performer; it's all listed in the fire performer safety guidelines.
